Envision Reaches VOIP Milestone in 2007
January 11, 2007 – Envision announced today the installation of its 5,000th Commercial VoIP telephone in Hawaii. The growth of VoIP installations in Hawaii has been fueled by the increasing speed and flexibility of data network switching and routing, said Brian Malecek, President of Envision. “Converging voice on a data network has moved from a “nice to have” to a “must have” for any organization looking to manage a single network or communicate in a multiple office environment. The savings and efficiency of this architecture has helped our customers to pay for the technology.”
“With a broad range of solutions from Cisco, Intertel, Avaya, and NEC that support pure VOIP, Envisions’ customers have a choice for the right technology for their requirements and budget,” added Rick Phillips, Director of Sales. “Our value is that we have the engineering talent to understand the nuances of a business’s network requirements in order to make the correct recommendations for bandwidth and infrastructure to insure the highest quality for voice calls.”
