In early 2005, Mid-Pacific Institute decided to upgrade the data and voice communications network on campus. The Request for Proposal sent out by Mid-Pacific Institute specifically requested a comprehensive solution that would address current and future technology issues and demand. The components of the RFP included: 1) Paging upgrade and expansion, 2) Datanetwork review and recommendations, 3) Expansion of current data and voice network to include the newly completed Elementary School complex, and 4) VolP vs PBX evaluation and recommendation.
After reviewing proposals, Mid-Pacific Institute decided that the Complete VolP Implementation solutions proposed by Envision would best meet our needs. The proposal provided for upgrade to the current Cisco switching structure, enabling the conversion from the PBX structure to VolP telephony, a faster and more secure infrastructure, expanding the current data and voice network to include our new Elementary School Complex, and expanding the paging system to encompass both indoor and outdoor areas.
The Complete VolP solution, including the upgrade to our data network, was implemented during the summer of 2005. There was no interruption to our data or voice service during the changeover.
In 2006, Mid-Pacific Institute decided to provide wireless network access to several outdoor campus locations, as well as our dining hall and auditorium. We asked Envision to provide design, equipment and installation services for the project. The work was completed smoothly and on time in December of 2006.
During all of our interactions with Envision Networked Solutions staff, from the initial contact, through design and implementation, and to the occasional service call, the staff of Envision have demonstrated their professionalism, product knowledge and customer service orientation confirming we have made the right decision choosing Envision Networked Solutions to work with on our projects.

We recently purchased the above new telephone system in conjunction with our office move. During the initial research, meetings and overview of this new purchase, we were pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and courtesy extended by your sales team, Rick Phillips and Trisha Laanui. The transition went smoothly, and we appreciated their assistance and expertise throughout the upgrade.
The next step was the training, which by all accounts went also very well. Trainer Francis Park is calm, patient, articulate and very concise in his explanation. We felt at ease during the training sessions because of Francis' clear explanations. He is definitely an excellent trainer. Rick, Trisha and Francis are certainly great assets to Envision.

On behalf of Life Foundation I would like to thank you and your organization for the outstanding customer service provided over the years especially with our recent fundraising radiothon, Stars against AIDS on Star 10i.9 FM radio. In particular, I'd like to thank Troy Galigo for not only his help with the radiothon, but also for his consistent and efficient attention to our needs. Troy is always responsive, and I never have to worry that Troy won't take care of things. You should be proud that you have an employee like Troy. Also, I'd like to thank Jerome and Julio to setting up the infrastructure for the radiothon. They both knew exactly what was necessary, and completed that task with ease not only this year, but last year as well.
Finally, I'd like to thank Clayton who successfully responded to a technical. issue the morning of the radiothon. While the issue thankfully didn't affect the donation hotline, it could have adversely impacted our normal business operations.
I have dealt with many yendors over the years. The vendors that provide exceptional customer service are the vendors that I remember and recommend. Please know that Envision is one of those vendors. Keep up the good work.

I would like take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the hard work and diligence in helping my organization secure telemedicine equipment. As you may know, I had worked closely with Scott in developing a USDA RUS grant that was successful in receiving federal funds. It was through the attention to detail that made our grant successful. You will be happy to know that the Tandberg equipment we receive through this effort will provide access to Medical Specialists and clinical education for over 46,000 Native Hawaiians on the island of Hawai`i. Through this project we will be able to provide outreach services, consultation, and medical education on island and throughout the State of Hawai`i. We will be collaborating services with the islands of Kaua`i, Moloka`i, and O`ahu. We hope to provide a model telemedicine project that will ease the geographical challenges we deal with on our island.
